It's hard to believe that 6 months have passed since Nadia's birthday, and in that amount of time again I'll have a 2 year old!! We went for her 18 month check-up yesterday and she looked so big standing on the scale and up against the wall to be measured. She weighs 24 lbs and is 32 inches tall.
This past week Nadia's vocabulary has started to explode! A few weeks had gone by since she'd said anything new, and all of a sudden she's trying to repeat everything. Today she brought me her snow boots saying "Shoe? Shoe?" and wanted to put them on, so she's been wearing them around the house on and off all day. She's been pretty rotten lately...and when Daddy gets onto her about something she "sweet talks" him. She gets right in his face and says "DaDa, hi!" in this sweet little voice!
Nadia has also learned to do things in the past month that make Mommy nervous...like climbing onto the table and down the stairs! She is a VERY busy girl!
